Biast is a seven foot tall, ripped Zmaj complete with wings and a tail. All his friends have found their treasures, the mates they will spend their lives with but Biast is still alone. A meddling cherub strands him on a strange planet with an exotic, sexy human female who's soft and curvy.

Ribbed for Her Pleasure is part of the Celestial Mates series but should be read as a standalone! You'll recognize the hot alien-dragon from The Red Planet Dragons of Tajss series. This quick and dirty novella proves love does conquer all.

This was a fun, fast read. If you're looking for in depth, complex space opera, this book might not be for you. BUT if you want some light-hearted escapism with a HEA and characters you love to love, this book is right on the money.I DID NOT receive an ARC I bought this book with my own money, and at 0.99$ it was well worth it. For the record I'm a hard core SF/F and only read romance on a lark when I need serious escapism, and *I* enjoyed this book. I also went into this story not expecting much, more like PWP (Plot what Plot?) but ended up very pleasantly surprised. The author nailed it when she didn't try to make the premise of: "Intergalactic dating quiz ruse poofs Local YouTube celebrity onto another planet" super plausible, but rather relied on the reader's to willingness to suspend belief. The pacing was fast, but not rushed, and the characters of Jenna and Biast were well developed and extremely easy to relate to. Even the silly Cupid/deus ex machina worked somehow. Again, I think it's because the author didn't try to rationalize the plot too much,and had the main characters just as perplexed by the sudden 'popping' in of the Cupid as I was as a reader. And the Easter Eggs! Oh boy! The references to established pop culture and sci-fi franchises that get a hat tip within the story were well executed as literary devices and very much appreciated by this reader. I got the impression the author really is a geek and part of nerd culture. (Unlike some authors I've read who have jumped on the SFR band wagon and wouldn't know SNG from DS9. They know who they are...but I digress.)
So, I recommend this book and the next in the series, Dragon's Baby, as fun, light hearted HEA/HFN reads with likable characters, cool world building details and intense well written, sexy-times.

A and Biast. And also take a bit more time in spell checking grammatical errors and spelling errors.
Very interesting! Dragon scale and tails! Dwarf cherubs and cats. Sand and water. Love conquers all and hallelujah for that. You certainly captured my imagination. Thanks for that.
I had a hard time getting into this story. But it caught my interest after reading it a bit. I was not satisfied with how it ended though because I love the red planet series. A four might have been too high.
Just found this author and this story I have to say it was absolutely perfect. What more could you ask for than a hunky alien who has a ribbed penis for extra pleasure. And who falls in love with who you are.
Great book good storyline i wish there would have been more detail into how the Cupid was changing the course of this species
I purchase this book I thought it would be very interesting.
I like this all series very much and I'm glad that this author used humor in her writing because it took it up another notch it was very nice the couple finally got a chance to be able to understand each other and I love that was very nice I always like a happy ending.
That manipulating, annoying little cherub (cupid, maybe) crackex me up, but I laughed at his antics and he obviously was on a bigger mission than leading two lonely souls to one another through time and space. Since I've read all the books in the Tajss series, I understand and could follow the significance, and I could follow along and appreciate the addition to the story. I'm not sure I would have understood if I hadn't read the other books though. But since I did read them, I throughly enjoyed this short jaunt to a previous point, and it covered an important question that comes later on in the series. I really liked the humor and got the insecurities felt by both people. It's said everyone has a soul mate and these two found theirs in a most unusual way.
